TechnoClean is a Dubai technical, maintenance and cleaning company (Business Bay) whose site runs on WordPress. It needed high-converting, SEO-ready landing pages for its technical service lines added to the existing live site without breaking the theme.
Many granular sub-services had to be consolidated into premium parent pages that cross-link cleanly, with correct structured data and a safe, reversible installation.
New landing pages could break the theme or duplicate on re-activation. We built the pages as custom WordPress plugins that render through a scoped shortcode with namespaced styles, matching pages by slug so re-activation updates rather than duplicates.
Parent pages must link to real sub-service pages without dead links. Service cards auto-link to existing sub-pages and reuse their featured images; if a page is missing, the link is hidden rather than left broken.
Rich results without conflicting schema. We injected structured data for the service, FAQs, breadcrumbs and the local business only on these pages, compatible with the site's existing SEO plugin.
The client needed a safe, reversible install. We built a non-destructive lifecycle: it never overwrites third-party pages and, on uninstall, only removes its own pages.
| Page or section | Purpose | Main functionality |
|---|---|---|
| Eight technical-service landing pages | Rank and convert for each service line (epoxy flooring, floor polishing, MEP, interior and exterior painting, decorative, civil and fit-out, specialised maintenance) | Generated via a scoped shortcode: hero and CTAs, overview, auto-linked sub-service cards, process, before-and-after, FAQ and a sticky mobile call and WhatsApp bar |
A visitor, often from search, lands on a technical-service landing page, reads the overview and the sub-service cards (which link to detailed pages), then converts via a quote or contact block, phone, WhatsApp, or the sticky mobile call-and-WhatsApp bar.
| Layer | Technology | Role in the project |
|---|---|---|
| Platform | WordPress | The client's existing content platform the pages extend |
| Delivery | Custom PHP plugin with a scoped shortcode | Generates the landing pages and injects structured data without touching the theme |
| Front end | Vanilla JavaScript and scoped CSS | Interactions and namespaced styling, no framework or CDN |
The generated pages are mobile-first, with a dedicated sticky mobile call-and-WhatsApp bar and scoped responsive styles. Global layout depends on the host WordPress theme.
Each page is written with an SEO title and meta description, injects service, FAQ, breadcrumb and local-business structured data only on these pages, cross-links parents to sub-services, and uses human-readable slugs. The plugin advises disabling duplicate schema from other SEO plugins. This is on-page structure work, not a ranking claim.
Eight SEO-ready service landing pages added to the live WordPress site without theme conflicts or duplicates.
A safe, reversible delivery the client can install, update and remove cleanly.
Delivery outcomes describe what was built and shipped. Traffic, ranking and sales outcomes require separate evidence and are not claimed here.
