Interface and experience design for the UAE

UI/UX Design Agency in Sharjah

We are a UI/UX Design Agency in Sharjah that designs clear, fast interfaces around how your customers actually behave. Fewer dead ends, more completed enquiries and bookings, on the phone first.

  • Designed for the phone first, where UAE traffic is
  • Every screen built around one clear action
  • Arabic and right-to-left flows done properly
  • Prototyped and tested before it is built

How this was measured

Most UAE traffic is on a phone, so we design the small screen first and expand to desktop, not the other way around.

How this was measured

We design right-to-left flows and Arabic layouts properly, so the experience is as clean in Arabic as in English.

Good UX is invisible; bad UX costs enquiries

Most visitors never tell you why they left. They just do, when a page loads slowly, a form asks for too much, a button is hard to find, or the next step is unclear. Every one of those small frictions quietly costs an enquiry. Good user-experience design removes them one by one, so the path from landing to enquiry is short and obvious.

It starts with the journey, not the pixels. We map how a real customer moves through your site or app, where they hesitate, and what they are trying to do at each step. Then we design each screen around a single clear action, whether that is starting a WhatsApp chat, booking, or adding to a basket, and we cut everything that does not help them get there.

Because most people in the UAE arrive on a phone, we design the mobile screen first and make sure it works with a thumb, then scale up to desktop. We prototype the key flows so you can click through the experience before a line of code is written, and we design Arabic and right-to-left layouts with the same care as English, rather than bolting them on afterwards.

The measure of good UI/UX is not how it looks in isolation, but how easily a customer gets what they came for.

Why good-looking sites still lose customers

A design can win awards and still lose enquiries. Three experience problems do the damage.

Too many steps

Every extra field, tap or page is a chance to lose someone. We strip the journey back to the shortest path that still gets what you need.

Unclear next action

If a visitor has to hunt for how to enquire, most will not. We design each screen around one obvious action so the next step is never in doubt.

Designed for desktop only

A layout that only works on a big screen fails the majority of UAE visitors on their phones. We design mobile first, for a thumb.

A good UI/UX design agency in Sharjah maps the real journey, designs each screen around one clear action, and gets it right on the phone first, in both languages.

How a UI/UX project runs

A clear path from understanding the problem to a tested, build-ready design.

  1. 1

    Audit and goals

We review the current experience, agree what a successful visit looks like, and identify where users drop off today.

  2. 2

    Map the journey

We map the real user journeys and agree the structure of the key screens as wireframes, before any visual design.

  3. 3

    Design the interface

We design the screens around one clear action each, mobile first, in English and Arabic where needed. You approve the look.

  4. 4

    Prototype and test

We build a clickable prototype so you can feel the flow, and refine it based on your feedback and simple testing.

  5. 5

    Handover to build

We hand over build-ready design files and specs, so your developer or ours can build it exactly as designed.

A focused UX audit turns around quickly; a full design and prototype takes longer, agreed in the brief.

How much does UI/UX design cost in Sharjah?

UI and UX design questions

How much does UI/UX design cost in Sharjah?

A UX Audit is AED 799 and gives you a prioritised list of the fixes that would help most. A full UI/UX design with a clickable prototype starts from AED 2,499, depending on the number of screens and flows. You always get a fixed quote first.

What is the difference between UI and UX?

UX, user experience, is about how the whole journey works: how easily someone gets what they came for. UI, user interface, is how each screen looks and behaves. We do both, because a beautiful interface on a broken journey still loses customers.

Do I need a UX audit or a full redesign?

If your site basically works but leaks enquiries, a UX audit often finds quick, high-impact fixes. If the experience is fundamentally hard to use, a full redesign is better value. We will tell you plainly which one fits after a look.

Do you design for mobile first?

Yes. Most UAE traffic is on a phone, so we design the mobile screen first and make sure it works with a thumb, then scale up to desktop. Designing the other way round usually leaves the phone experience as an afterthought.

Can you design Arabic and right-to-left interfaces?

Yes. We design right-to-left flows and Arabic layouts properly, considering how the eye moves and how controls should sit, rather than simply mirroring the English design.

Do you build the design too?

We can. Our web development team builds many of the interfaces we design, so the finished product matches the prototype. If you have your own developers, we hand over build-ready files and specs they can work from.

Will I be able to click through the design before it is built?

Yes. We build a clickable prototype of the key flows, so you can feel the experience and catch issues early, when they are cheap to change, rather than after the build.

How do you know the design will work?

We design around real user journeys and test the prototype with simple, direct feedback before build. We cannot promise a specific conversion number, but removing friction from the journey reliably helps more visitors complete what they came to do.

Do I own the design files?

Yes. You own the design files and the prototype on completion, with no lock-in, so you can build, adapt or extend the work with any team.
