Modern Business Innovator (MBI): A bilingual, dependency-free website for a Jeddah engineering and design consultancy, with a filterable project portfolio.

The challenge

Modern Business Innovator is a Jeddah-based multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy serving Saudi Arabia across architecture, interiors, structural, MEP, BIM and project delivery. That integrated offering had to read as one coherent consultancy.

The site needed to serve English and Arabic audiences with a fully mirrored right-to-left experience, showcase a flagship project portfolio, and stay fast and dependency-free.

What we built

A broad multidisciplinary offering needs clear structure. We organised the content into five practice areas across dedicated service pages, plus a sectors page.

Bilingual English and Arabic with correct right-to-left. We built a full Arabic mirror with a dedicated right-to-left stylesheet, a language switcher and correct alternate and canonical tags per language.

The portfolio must be browsable and credible. We built individual project pages with filtering and galleries, and creative-work structured data.

Performance without frameworks. We built static pages with a modular, token-based CSS system and responsive imagery, generated from the company profile by a build toolkit.

How the website works

A prospect, in English or Arabic, lands on the home carousel, explores service and sector pages to understand the integrated offering, reviews the filterable project portfolio for proof, then converts via the Start-a-Project contact form, which falls back to email and phone if no backend endpoint is configured.

Responsive development

The site has a dedicated responsive stylesheet and a right-to-left stylesheet with a token-based layout and safe-area-aware viewport. Responsiveness is hand-authored, framework-free.

SEO and performance foundations

The build ships unique titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, English and Arabic alternate tags, several structured-data types per page, a sitemap and a robots file, with semantic HTML. The bilingual structure supports Saudi English and Arabic search visibility. This is structure work, not a ranking claim.
