Hair By Dash is a doctor-led hair-restoration brand in Dubai overseen by Dr Ammar Helali. Marketing for a medical and aesthetic clinic has to stay compliant and avoid unverified clinical claims.
Patients range from early thinning to advanced cases, so the site had to match each visitor to the right programme, serve a bilingual audience, and include a shop that is ready for a backend without a live payment system yet.
Patients need to be matched to the right programme. We built a stage-based Hair Recovery Analysis assessment that maps a visitor to one of three programmes.
Compliance means no fabricated facts. We put all business facts in a single configuration block with placeholders for anything unconfirmed, and analytics only fire once an ID and consent are supplied.
E-commerce without a live backend. We built a store engine with a browser-stored cart and checkout, leaving the submission endpoint ready to connect later.
A bilingual audience. We built an English and Arabic content engine with right-to-left handling.
| Page or section | Purpose | Main functionality |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Positioning, stage maps and offers | Assessment entry, WhatsApp and booking CTAs, structured data |
| Recovery Plans | Programme detail | Includes lists and stage targeting with CTAs |
| Treatments | Service detail (PRP, mesotherapy, laser, transplant and more) | Educational content, structured data and booking CTAs |
| Shop and checkout | E-commerce | Product listing, browser-stored cart, checkout and order confirmation |
| Assessment | Hair Recovery Analysis funnel | Stage questionnaire returning a matched plan |
| Booking and Contact | Convert to a consultation | WhatsApp, booking and teleconsultation prompts |
A visitor starts from the homepage or a stage map, takes the free Hair Recovery Analysis, receives a stage result and a matched programme, then converts via WhatsApp, booking or teleconsultation. A parallel path runs Shop to a browser-stored cart to checkout. Because the submission endpoint is intentionally left to connect later, submissions currently continue on WhatsApp: a request rather than a confirmed booking or payment.
The site uses a single responsive stylesheet with heavy use of accessible labels, and right-to-left support through the bilingual engine. Specific breakpoints were not separately captured.
Pages ship unique metadata, Open Graph tags, canonical URLs, a robots file and sitemap, and extensive structured data including FAQs across many pages, supported by doctor-led experience content. Server rules enforce a single canonical host. This is structure and content work, not a ranking claim.
A launched site with a working stage-assessment-to-consultation journey and a backend-ready store.
A compliant, single-source content model with no fabricated clinical claims.
Delivery outcomes describe what was built and shipped. Traffic, ranking and sales outcomes require separate evidence and are not claimed here.
