Saelix, website. Captured September 2026.

The challenge

Saelix (on the medtourism.ae domain) is a Dubai-based medical-tourism coordinator connecting international patients to clinics. Its audience spans several languages and arrives unfamiliar with a cross-border treatment journey.

The site needed to serve that multilingual audience, present treatment categories clearly as a coordinator rather than the treating clinic, and turn interest into qualified consultation enquiries.

What we built

An international audience needs multiple languages. We built a language switcher covering six languages with right-to-left handling for Arabic, and the choice is remembered between visits.

Enquiries span many treatment types. We built a preliminary assessment and enquiry flow that hands off to WhatsApp, with Send-Medical-Reports and Book-a-Consultation actions.

Cross-border patients need reassurance. We built a mapped patient-journey page, a Why-Dubai page and clear coordinator disclaimers.

Many pages must stay consistent. We injected a shared header and footer across pages for maintainability.

Features we added

  • Six-language switcher with right-to-left support for Arabic
  • Preliminary assessment funnel
  • WhatsApp-first coordinator hand-off
  • Send-Medical-Reports and second-opinion enquiry
  • Injected shared header and footer
  • Treatment-page structured data, sitemap and robots

How the website works

A visitor lands in their chosen language, browses service pages, the patient journey and Why Dubai, then requests a free preliminary assessment or sends medical reports, which hands off to a WhatsApp coordinator or a consultation booking and a thank-you page. All conversions are enquiry or consultation requests, not in-site bookings or payments.

Responsive development

The site has a dedicated responsive stylesheet and switches to a right-to-left layout for Arabic. Specific breakpoints were not separately captured.

SEO and performance foundations

Pages ship unique metadata, Open Graph tags, canonical URLs, a robots file and sitemap, with structured data on treatment pages. Note that the brand shown is 'Saelix' while the domain is medtourism.ae, which is a brand-consistency consideration rather than a defect.

What was delivered

  • A static, multilingual medical-tourism coordinator site
  • Six-language switcher with Arabic right-to-left handling
  • Treatment pages, a mapped patient journey and Why-Dubai content
  • An assessment-and-enquiry funnel with WhatsApp hand-off

Delivered outcome

A launched multilingual site that presents treatments as a coordinator and routes to a qualified consultation enquiry.

A consistent enquiry journey across languages.

Delivery outcomes describe what was built and shipped. Traffic, ranking and sales outcomes require separate evidence and are not claimed here.
